Being a fairly new structure constructed in historic downtown Fredericksburg, the buildings false limestone panels along the 1st floor exterior was failing due to structural deficiencies. UBER had to support 3 stories of face brick to facilitate the removal of the Jaramite panels and replaced them with pre-cast concrete all while the hotel and retail areas remained open.
